Discount codes or vouchers must be entered and confirmed manually. The field to redeem a discount code can be found in the shopping cart area before the order is completed. As soon as the discount code has been entered and confirmed, the amount is directly deducted from the total amount and listed as a position in the article overview. Discount codes/vouchers cannot be combined.

Before completing the order, you have the option of removing items from your shopping cart at any time.

As soon as your order has been received and you have received the order confirmation by email, a change is no longer possible. If you wish for a cancellation of your order, please contact us promptly after completing the order and we check whether we can still cancel the processing. If we cannot cancel the processing and sending of your order, you can return the ordered items for free after receipt. After receipt of the return, you will receive an invoice correction and depending on the payment method.

FYNCH HATTON UK exclusively ships with DPD. Unless you live in a remote area of there are unexpected delays this is a next working day service.

Yes. After receipt of your order you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a DPD tracking number and link.

RETURN & REIMBURSEMENT

All refunds and exchanges should be processed by the warehouse within 3 working days of receipt. Depending on your payment method funds can then take up to 5 working days to get returned onto your statement.

We only accept returns of articles that you have acquired in the Fynch-Hatton UK online shop. Returns of articles not acquired in the Fynch-Hatton UK online shop, please address the corresponding business.

You can return any unwanted items back to us within 21 DAYS of receiving your order.

You must include a completed return form with your parcel we will not be able to process it. If one was not included with your order please contact us and we will email you one.

FYNCH HATTON UK cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost in transit so for you own security we strongly recommend using a signed for service. Please keep a record of your tracking number in case of issues.

ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE SENT BACK UNUSED IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED CONDITION COMPLETE WITH TAGS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Yes. If you fill our the return form requesting an exchange it will be posted out free of charge. If your exchange request is not in stock the warehouse will refund your purchase automatically.
