Delivery
All orders are shipped via DPD. Once dispatched, you will receive full tracking and delivery updates directly from DPD.
For any delivery queries, please email contact@fynch-hatton.co.uk. Order enquiries cannot be handled via social media.
GB Mainland
Free DPD delivery on orders over £120.
Standard DPD delivery: £4.95.
Northern Ireland
We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
International
We are currently unable to deliver internationally.
Returns
You may return any unwanted items within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns Portal
Create a return using our returns portal. If you use the portal, a fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to partially cover return shipping costs. This service currently requires access to a printer.

Exchanges
We are unable to process direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Manual Returns
If you prefer to return your parcel manually, please use the return form provided in your order confirmation email. If you cannot locate this form, contact us and we will resend it.
If returning without a printer, please include clearly written details of your name, order number and refund request.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and retaining proof of postage.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Depending on your payment method, funds may take a further 3–5 working days to appear in your account. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Delivery Issues
Attempted deliveries
If delivery is attempted and the parcel is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund until it has been received back at our warehouse. If you would still like the order, we can re-dispatch it once returned and provide updated tracking details.
Lost parcels
You must inform us within 14 days of dispatch if your parcel has not arrived. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the parcel is confirmed as lost following the courier’s investigation.
Missing or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact contact@fynch-hatton.co.uk within 14 days of dispatch. Once verified, we will either replace the item or refund the amount paid. Items damaged through wear and tear are not considered faulty.
