Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all goods supplied by FYNCH-HATTON UK.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you and send confirmation of dispatch.

We are not obliged to supply goods until payment has been received in full.

If goods become unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund where appropriate.

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact contact@fynch-hatton.co.uk quoting your order number.

If you cancel after dispatch, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error.

By placing an order, you consent to us using your personal information for the purpose of processing and delivering your order, including sharing necessary information with couriers and service providers.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable UK rate.

Prices may be displayed in other currencies for convenience; however, all transactions are processed in GBP.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

If VAT rates change, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
